Purpose

Find the controls for each stage of a simulation and open help for the task you are working on.

Steps

1. Use the top menu or toolbar for project operations, unit selection, settings, and help.

   

2. Work through the Geometry, Mesh, Setup, Solution, and Result tabs. Use the action panel on the left and the view controls on the right.
3. Read the status bar for hints, dimensions, license, and update status.
4. Press F1 for context help. In Help, browse Contents or press Ctrl+K and type words from a title or article; press Enter to open a matching topic.

Limitations

• F1 uses the UI element under the pointer, then the focused element. If a topic is not available, browse or search the help contents.
