Purpose

Follow selected physical quantities at monitoring points or boundary faces during a run.

Steps

1. Create monitoring points or faces and choose their variables in Monitoring entities.

   

2. Start or resume the solver and inspect the Monitoring graph.
3. Use Autoscale, or disable it to zoom and pan manually. Compare trends with residuals and balance indicators.

Limitations

• The graph represents only the configured entities and available samples. A steady monitored value at one location does not establish convergence everywhere.
