Purpose

Assign a monitored variable to a previously defined point or boundary face.

Steps

1. Find the point or face in Monitoring entities.

   

2. Click the entry to open its settings and choose a variable.

   

3. Run or resume the solver and inspect its Monitoring graph.

Limitations

• Only quantities available for the selected physical models can be monitored. A monitor records its defined location or face, not the entire domain.
