Select the simulation type (steady or unsteady) using the Unsteadiness control.
Real flows are generally unsteady and change over time. However, if the flow reaches a stable or statistically steady behavior,
or if time-dependent effects are negligible, it can be approximated as steady.
The choice between steady and unsteady modeling depends on the physics of the problem and the accuracy required.
Limitations
CFxD currently supports steady-state simulations only. Time-accurate (transient) simulations are planned for a future release.
