Purpose

Check boundary assignments and identify the corresponding model faces.

Steps

  1. Inspect the model in Setup view.

  2. Click a boundary in the Boundaries panel to highlight its face.
  3. Use the boundary colors as a guide: inlet green, outlet blue, wall gray, and symmetry yellow.

Limitations

  • Colors help identify patches, but do not describe every numeric boundary setting. Open the boundary dialog to verify its actual values and thermal condition.
