Purpose

Model mixing between two gas species.

Steps

  1. Enable the gas Mixture option.

  2. Configure the two gases and their properties, then specify mixture composition at the relevant boundaries.
  3. Review the compressibility and time controls before transferring to Solution.

Limitations

  • This option models a two-gas mixture. Mixture cases use compressible flow and do not allow the incompressible or high-speed flow-type selections.
