Purpose

Plot a result variable along a line between two locations.

Steps

  1. Select the Line tool.

  2. Enter the start and end point coordinates in Input and create the line.

  3. Click the line in Post entities to choose the variable and view its chart.

Limitations

  • The line appears green in the view. Sampling requires field data along the requested segment; parts outside the domain do not represent valid solution data.
